PREGNANCY AND POSTNATAL EXERCISE CLASSES DESIGNED AND LED BY PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

All instructors are womens health physios with post graduate qualifications in exercise leadership, pelvic floor rehabilitation & with clinical experience in maternity units. They are knowledgEable and highly skilled at treating common issues of pregnancy.

Learn techniques that empower you to manage common aches and pains during pregnancy and as your body adjusts to caring for your newborn, while meeting other expectant and new mums.

Exercises can be modified to suit your individual needs. We pay particular attention to pelvic girdle pain, back ache, DRAM and pelvic floor.

03.

Ensure you are correctly doing your pelvic floor exercises and learn how to incorporate them into your general exercise safely.

04.

Rebates may be claimed for Babes on Board classes through private health extras cover. This will vary depending on your health fund. Please ensure you check with them.
